Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement for full-service maintenance which includes regular and systematic inspections for the Parking Deck Elevators at the John L McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM). JLM is part of the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) and is located at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 811310, with a small business size standard of $11M. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The Solicitation Number is 36C25622Q1416. All interested parties must be listed in the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ as of the date of their quote and, be listed in VIP and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed allowing time for registration. The Government intends to award one standalone contract for a base period of 12 months, and four (4) one-year option periods. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor Contracting Opportunities for issuance of the actual solicitation and to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) system prior to award of a government contract. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award.
