- 8-12-2022,� Q&A #1 is provided for the information of potential offerors.� Amendment A04 of the solicitation is hereby included.��Phase One offers are due 8-17-2022. �Phase Two offers are due 8-26-2022. 8-11-2022 , Phase One offers are due 8-17-2022. �Phase Two offers are due on 8-26-2022. �Questions and Answers #1 is in process and will be released on a future solicitation amendment. 8-3-2022 (2nd Change), Updated Offeror instructions and clarified Phase One/Phase Two.� Phase Two offers are due on 8-26-2022. 8-3-2022, Corrected Pricing Worksheet.� All other terms and conditions remain the same.� 8-2-2022, the closing date and time of this request of� has been extended the closing date and time of this FORMAL document has been extended to August 19, 2022 at 5 PM (EST).� Contractor questions regarding this FORMAL RFQ must be received at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov by 5 PM EST on 8-5-2022. 7-29-2022, the closing date and time of this DRAFT document has been extended to August 5, 2022 at 5 PM (EST).� Offerors are advised to await submitting questions or submissions until the solicitation is finalized.� Additional time for preparing submissions will be provided when the solicitation is finalized. 7-21-2022, the closing date and time of this DRAFT document has been extended to July 28, 2022 at 5 PM (EST).� This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for medical screening services issued only to holders of VA Schedule Contract 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services. �The previous draft of this RFQ is completely replaced by this FORMAL RFQ. This solicitation is for medical screening services in accordance with this request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW). �The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a Task Order without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. �Quotations from suppliers who do not hold a VA Schedule Contract 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services, will not be considered for evaluation or award. The source selection for this acquisition will utilize an advisory down select process with a two phased approach.� In Phase One, contractors will be evaluated on their corporate experience. �Offerors who believe they are well suited to complete the mission as described in the SOW will submit responses to be evaluated. These responses will then be evaluated and quoters will be advised by the CO, based on their Phase One evaluation results, whether or not they should proceed to Phase Two of the evaluation process. This will be a soft advisory, providing the contractor the choice of whether or not to proceed to the next phase. In Phase Two, contractors will then be given the ability to respond to the Technical Capabilities requirements and have price factors evaluated. For a contract resulting from this solicitation, the Government is changing the requirement to 72 hours or 3 days after receipt of an e-QIP invite. All other forms that are returned for corrections at any stage of the background investigation must be corrected and returned within 24 hours. .
