Description: Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, supplies, oversight or supervision and equipment necessary to provide mammography screening exams as detailed in the schedule of supplies/services and price/cost, all in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). Mammography imaging shall be located at ATL VA HCS CBOC�s on-site and / or within 50 miles of the main facility located in Decatur, GA.� The required exams are to be completed by utilizing a mobile trailer to conduct this specific service.� Vendor must be compliant with Joint Commission performance standards, as well as American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation; ISO-9001 certification.
