Description

**USACE NORTHEAST REGION MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY** This is a Design-Bid-Build Request for Proposal for the Aberdeen Army Reserve Center (ARC) Humidity Control located at Aberdeen, MD.� This project requires the provision of all work, materials, and labor necessary to replace the current Make-up Air Unit (MAU-1) with Package Dedicated Outdoor Air System. This action is a 100% set-aside for IDIQ contract holders under the USACE, Louisville District's Northeast Region Small Business MATOC pool (IDIQ Contract Numbers W912QR21D0056 thru W912QR21D0060, W912QR21D0085 and W912QR21D0086).� The project� is restricted to these seven (7) contract holders only.� Proposals submitted from other vendors will not be considered.��� This notice is provided for informational purposes only.� Therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply.�� The seven (7) MATOC Contractors and IDIQ Contract Numbers are as follows: W912QR21D0056� � �A&H-Ambica JV, LLC W912QR21D0057� � �Butt Construction Company, Incorporated W912QR21D0058� � �Howard W.
