- N66001-22-Q-6440 � Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to CGX LLC The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with CGX LLC. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Dev Kit (8 channel EEG dry electrode cap, ancillaries, 3 year warranty) Manufacturer: CGX QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: AurisDK (EEG earbud sensors) Manufacturer: CGX QTY: 1 ITEM 0003: StimTrigger (hardware interface box for data synchronization) Manufacturer: CGX QTY: 1 These supply items are the exact sensor suite and tools that fit the project's required performance and needs, which include acceptable performance in environments where the users are to be mobile. EEG sensors are not manufactured similarly and sufficient variation exists between each system such that results can be affected, as well as decision making within a human-machine teaming pipeline. There are not current alternatives that will meet all requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
