Description

The United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command, Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Assured Access to Space (AATS) issues the following special notice. This announcement communicates the Government's plan to conduct a Space Mobility and Logistics (SM&L) Reverse Industry and Collaboration Day for systems developers and operators planning to provide SM&L services. The Reverse Industry and Collaboration Day will feature opportunities for industry representatives to explain how their technologies can support the Government�s future business, technical, and operational plans for SM&L capabilities (to include but not limited to:� Orbit Transfer, Satellite Repositioning, Refueling, Repair, Resupply, Servicing, Active Debris Removal and Disposal).�� The SM&L Reverse Industry and Collaboration Day will occur at the Aerospace Corporation, Titan A1 Conference Facility, El Segundo CA, on 13 &14 Sep 2022.� Registration instructions are located at https://cvent.me/mEl3kB This event will be held at the unclassified level. Attendance is limited to a maximum of three people per company; registration does not guarantee attendance due to facility capacity constraints. Capacity may be further limited by Aerospace COVID requirements. Please note the Aerospace Visitor Control currently requires proof of vaccination or a negative PCR/antigen test within 3 days of each visit. This event is closed to the general public. One-on-one meetings are open to all approved attendees but will be limited to available schedule time and, thus, are not guaranteed. Please annotate requests for a one-on-one in the registration form.� Please also indicate if a classified one-on-one session is required (this is not guaranteed; and has additional visit registration requirements and constraints). The Government will follow up on attendance and one-on-one scheduling approval. Once approved, attendees will also receive additional details. Additionally, it is highly encouraged that all in person industry members participate in Industry Panel discussions during this event.� Members would share the stage with other companies and provide insights into where industry is headed, timelines, standards, and other pertinent topics from an industry perspective.� The Industry Panel event is not guaranteed, and will depend on responses received. It does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Reverse Industry and Collaboration Day does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not seeking proposals at this time. Participants are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this event. All costs associated with attending this event will be solely at the responding party's expense. The Government has entered into contracts with The Aerospace Corporation, Alpha Omega Group (AOG), Booz Allen Hamilton, Centauri, ExoAnalytics Solutions Inc., Figueroa and Associates, General Electric, Integrated Data Services (IDS), Liona Enterprises Inc., ManTech International Corporation, Nynth Company California LLC, OMNI Consulting Solutions, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), SAVI LLC, SIGMATECH, Stellar Solutions, Tecolote Research Incorporated, and Wallender and Associates.� These companies support the program office by performing technical reviews, systems engineering and integration analyses, cost estimation, and other advisory services.� Participation in the Reverse Industry and Collaboration Day and one-on-one discussions constitutes consent to disclosure of information to these companies, which are required to provide equal protection to non-public information as the Government.
