DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific, Procurement Office Hawaii intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for wireless cellular devices and service. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Contract Requirements � The successful offeror shall be required to provide DLA personnel with a cellular wireless solution for Apple iPhone, MiFi devised and/or cell phones for local, US, and international sites. Carrier communication devices include, but are not limited to, Apple iPhone, MiFi devices and mobile phones. The contractor shall provide, setup, training, and data transfer as needed for issued devices.� See attached Statement of Work (SOW) The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for a period of twelve (12) months with an anticipated start date of 21 September 2022 through 20 September 2023. There will be four (4) 12-month Option Periods as shown below. By submitting a proposal with no exceptions, an offeror is confirming it possesses the necessary facilities, equipment, technical skills and capacity to successfully provide all items required by this solicitation. �See attached SOW Factor B.� Past Performance (see DFARS 252.213-7000 Notice to Prospective Suppliers on Use of Past Performance Information Retrieval System--Statistical Reporting in Past Performance Evaluations) Factor C.� Price Note 1:� To be determined responsible, a prospective contractor must meet FAR 9.104-1��General standards.
