- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5,�Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 37.101, Nonpersonal Services Contract. The Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 75H70922Q018 for Pest Control Services. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This solicitation is 100% set aside for�Small Business Indian Firms that are Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47).� The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 561710.
