Description

VA-CONSTRUCTION SOLICITATION 36C24622R0060 General Intent 1.� Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for a portion of Area 4C located on the Fourth Floor in Building 500 as required by drawings and specifications. Additional details of project scope are included in the drawings and specifications. 2. Unless otherwise specified the Contractor must provide all supplies, materials, personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services required to complete the project scope. 3. Offices of Apogee Consulting Groups PA, as Architect Engineers, will render certain technical services during construction. Such services shall be considered as advisory to the Government and shall not be construed as expressing or implying a contractual act of the Government without affirmations by Contracting Officer or his duly authorized representative. 4. All employees of general contractor and subcontractors shall comply with VA security management program and obtain permission of the VA police, be identified by project and employer, and restricted from unauthorized access.
