Description

The BRL MITRE Gates installation consists of, not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work on this project. Preparation of the installation of the Lower Miter Gates within the Black Rock Lock in Buffalo NY. This will include, removal, demolition, and installation of components to prepare for Lower Gates Installation. Please see Statement of Work for details. The NAICS is 237990 Size Standard is $39,500,000 The Government intends to award one Firm FIxed-Price Contract See Section 01 35 13 Part 1.2.1 and FAR clause 52.211-10 for Period of Performance The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Construction Wage Determination (WD) is attached The Bid Guarantee is required, See FAR 52.228-1 Bids will be submitted through SAFE, please see instructions to Bidders. Bid Modification recieved by facsimile will not be considered. This project is a small business set-aside There is a Pre-bid site visit planned, see Instructions to Bidders Technical inquiries and questions relating to the proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at http://projnet.org/projnet.
