Amendment 0003 is hereby issued on 11 JUL 2022 making this solicitation a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� �See amendment 0003 attachment for additional information. Item:� Feeder Assembly, Automatic Gun.� NSN:� 1005-01-461-5038.� Government Part Number:��12524100-1 or Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems (Cage�8K4J7) Part Number:� 465-4100-9.� Inspection/Acceptance Points:� Origin/Origin.� FOB Point:� Origin.�� This is a 5 Year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinitie-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement with a Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of�24 Each and a 5 Year Maximum Available Quantity of�646 Each. -There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) available for�this procurment of Goverment Part Number 12524100-1.� � �Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from SAM.GOV� -Amendment 0001 issued on 16 MAY 2022 -Amendment 0002 issued on 27 MAY 2022 Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov).� To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification� Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the �required documentation to submit with the form. Mail the Form 2345, along with the required documentation to �to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed.� The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP.� If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at dlacontactcenter@dla.mil.� Your firm must request access to the TDP in Contract Opportunities (www.beta.sam.gov) in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.� If you do not have access to Contract Opportunities, recommend you register as soon as possible Reverse Auction The solicitation will contain provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique.� After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held.� If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction.� Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.� Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com.� Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist. Bidders are hereby notified of the following requirements: In order to receive the technical data package, all bidders are required to execute a Use and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Vendors must have access to Contract Opporutunities (www.beta.sam.gov). A� copy of the non-disclosure agreement is an attachment to the solicitation when the solicitation is issued on the web. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) APPLIES �An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA, which is attached to the Solicitation.� �Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to the Contract Specialist� by email or fax.� Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the technical data will be released in Contract Opporutunities (www.beta.sam.gov).� Your firm must request access to the TDP in Contract Opporutunities in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.� If you do not have access to Contract Opporutunities, recommend you register as soon as possible at (www.sam.gov).
