Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 70US0922R70092640 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Laboratory Tubes. This requires vendor to provide a variety of Laboratory Tubes to support the laboratory operation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022- 06 effective April 26, 2022. This solicitation is a small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and PSC code 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The Government intends to award competitive Firm Fixed Price contracts with a Base and Four (4) one-year options from this solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance is September 01, 2022, to August 31, 2027.
