Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 646-22-3-5123-0069 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business The NAICS code is 337127 with a size standard of 500. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare Center has a requirement for Specialized Storage Containers items listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at VAPHS University Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15240. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to John Mignogna John.Mignogna@va.gov no later than 3:30 PM, EST on 8/19/2022. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 3:30 PM, EST, on 8/22/2022. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein.
