THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE REQUIREMENT. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources interested and capable of providing an Airfield Management Software Suite that has the following characteristics: approval for operation of Air Force Networks, installable on Government Tough Pads, able to operate on NIPR VPN, be able to visually transmit airfield conditions for tracking that includes photo and CAD capabilities, provide customizable daily airfield inspections, ability to receive updates from Tough Pad to NIPR Government Computer for every station the application is installed on enabling coordination with multiple agencies through the application, have the ability to track maintenance and life-cycle of discrepancies found on the airfield to include Notice to Airmen and Work order issuing, and integrate GIS mapping and image management. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners.
