U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CO City: Denver Delineated Area: TSA must be located on airport property Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,203 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: none Additional Requirements: n/a The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Denver, CO at the Denver International Airport. The Government requires 21,203 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
