- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania� City: Cranberry Delineated Area: North: US Route 62 from Deep Hallow Road to Pennsylvania Route 257. East: Pennsylvania Route 257 from US Route 62 to Coal City Road South: Mays Mill Rd/Slab Furnace/ Victory Church Rd from Coal City Road to US Route 322. West: Aires Hill Road becomes Deep Hallow Road from US Route 322 to US Route 62. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,102 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,280 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Surface): 40 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 0 Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The Government has determined that, for mission- related and economic reasons, it is advantageous to exercise an existing 5-year renewal option. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. These costs include physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
