Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number PANRSA22P0000012707 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 with an effective date of 10 August 2022. This is an unrestricted acquisition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The Product Service Code is B504 Special Studies/Analysis � Chemical/Biological. CLIN structure is as follows (FOB Destination): CLIN 0001 Dust Test per ASTM E2021 (1 Ea.) CLIN 0002 Dust Test per ASTM D257 (1 Ea.) CLIN 0003 Dust Test per ASTM E1491 (1 Ea.) CLIN 0004 Dust Test per ASTM E2019 (1 Ea.) CLIN 0005 Dust Test per ASTM E1515 (1 Ea.)������� This is a non-personal service requirement to provide ASTM testing of supplied composite shop dust samples to include: - ASTM E2021, Layer Ignition Temperature; - ASTM D257, Resistivity; - ASTM E1491, Minimum Autoignition Temperature of Dust Clouds; - ASTM E2019, Minimum Ignition Energy; and - ASTM E1515, Minimum Explosive Concentration. The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and test report containing the results of all ASTM tests, and dispose of supplied dust at conclusion of the tests. The Contractor shall perform testing to ASTM standards. Dust will be collected and supplied to the Contractor for ASTM Testing. At the completion of the tests, a report shall be furnished providing the results and conclusions for each test. Detailed information for this requirement can be found in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Estimated delivery timeframe of the report to the Government needs to be stated by prospective contractors.
