Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!��The Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has a�sole source�requirement for Thingworx software tool for the Systems Readiness Directorate. This is a�Sole Source�with New Vision Inc. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) New Vision Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the for Thingworx software tool. The New Vision software by Thingworx provides SRD with the enhanced capability and a simplified user interface (UI) for CDRL processing. The products allow for the display and update of Windchill data in a customizable application that resides in ThingWorx New Vision. The application provides a contract deliverable (CDRL) review and the creation of change requests which features to allow for ease of contractual requirements needed by the end user and project management office customers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
