Responses to questions are uploaded, along with the following updated documents: RFP Attachment J-1A Attachment J-1B Attachment J-1C (new) Attachment J-4 Attachment J-5 Attachment J-5A ************************************************************************************************************************************* The Commercial Weather Data Program�s Radio Occultation Data Buy II (RODB-2) requires the continuation of commercially sourced operational Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) radio occultation (RO) data to meet National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration�s (NOAA�s) operational weather needs for neutral atmosphere and ionosphere data. To meet this need NOAA is soliciting proposals for a multiple award IDIQ contract.� See attachments for further information and instructions. Questions shall be submitted by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on August 10, 2022 to CO Suzanna Espinoza (suzanna.espinoza@noaa.gov). Proposals are due in electronic format no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on August 23, 2022, to CO Suzanna Espinoza, suzanna.espinoza@noaa.gov.
