- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project located at Union City Dam, Erie County, PA for Roadway Paving Services. The work shall include furnishing all supplies, materials, equipment, and labor as necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The work consists of placing an overlay of bituminous wearing course over existing asphalt, and areas of leveling course to fill existing potholes and ruts. Pavement transitions shall be milled to ensure a smooth transition. Leveling course shall be placed as needed to fill existing potholes and/or ruts. There shall be an awardable option for full depth repair, and additional bituminous overlay. The estimated quantities are 2650 square yards of bituminous overlay, and up to 100 square yards leveling course for the base contract. The estimated quantities for the awardable option are 675 square yards of full depth repair, and an additional 450 square yards of bituminous overlay. Site plan satellite imagery of the areas are attached to the end of these specifications. Union City Dam is located in Erie County, Waterford Township, PA. The site is located off Middletown Road, 0.8 miles north of SR 97.
