Description

This Invitation For Bid (IFB) will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for the Building 210 Removal and Replacement of the Boilers Requirement, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA. This acquisition is a competitive acquisition set-aside for HUBZone entities. THIS ACQUISITION IS CURRENTLY SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IAW FAR PART 52.232-18. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �Availability of Funds�(Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government will perform proposal analysis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.408 when evaluating the offeror�s proposal. The construction magnitude for this requirement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation shall be 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday August 3, 2022, at 10:00am. All�personnel thatare not currently badged will need to complete and return Day Pass applications (Attachment 26) for all attendees no later than August 2, 2022, at10:00am. Please return to the attention of the Contracting Officer. Attendees should report to the commercial gate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to site visit start time to complete the badge application screening process; and will then proceed to Building 99 for the Site visit briefing. Request for Information are due no later than,Wednesday, August 10, 2022 by 12:00p.m. (EST).
