Description

U.S. FOREST SERVICE PACIFIC SOUTHWEST RESEARCH STATION -�LABORATORY WORKSHOP CEILING TILE REPLACEMENT The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the remove/replacement of ceiling tiles. Project Description: The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and qualified personnel for this performance-based service contract to remove asbestos containing ceiling tiles and replacing with non-asbestos bearing ceiling tiles. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238310 - Drywall and Insulation Contractors. The size standard is $16,500,000.00.� Product Service Code is Z2AZ - Repair Or Alteration Of Other Administrative Facilities And Service Buildings The solicitation will proceed as total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 16, 2022, with quotes due tentatively on September 7, 2022.�� The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov.� Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.� Contractors should check SAM.gov frequently for any changes to the interested vendors list and notice.
