- This is a PRE-solicitation notice for The Network Contracting Office-4, Pittsburgh Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award for an Epredia HM 450L Sliding Microtome & Brain Freezing Platform to the Pittsburgh Veterans Affairs Healthcare System facility in Pittsburgh, PA . The performance period for this contract will be from the date of award to the date of completion. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, with a related small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement will be Total small business set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2. The prospective solicitation will be posted via the System for Award Management on or about August 17, 2022. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, August 10, 2022.
