Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;� quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is Request for Quote (RFQ) number 70FA2022Q00000071. It is the offeror�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services, the size standard of which is no more than $35 million in average annual receipts. A list of line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options) are shown in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) #70FA2022Q00000071. The United States Fire Administration (USFA) requires a platform subscription that will create digitals interactive stories with audio visual content about wildland urban interface (WUI) fire to assist the audience with fire prevention, risk reduction and response best practices.� Stories will be published on the USFA website.� The primary place of performance is the contractor�s location.� The period of performance is 12 months from date of award with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors�Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Items, does not apply to this acquisition. Reference the attached RFQ for Description of Evaluation Factors and Procedures in Section E of the Clauses-Provisions.
