- Sources Sought This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought notice for the Regional Contracting Office � Central.� The following information is provided to assist Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to identify potential business contractors to provide non-personal maintenance services for Government-owned MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System & Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System. MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System & Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System Full Maintenance shall include all labor, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, parts, software and equipment to perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and any other repairs, to include unlimited telephonic assistance and unlimited onsite maintenance repairs.� The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.� The Small Business size standard is $22M.� The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation.� Interested and qualified firms shall submit the following information: company name, address, telephone number, contact point and CAGE/DUNS number of your firm. Include your socioeconomic category for purposes of determining an acquisition strategy.� Interested and qualified firms must submit their current Bayer Healthcare, LLC� Partnership agreement authorizing services to be performed.� Firms that claim to be capable but fail to provide the current Bayer Healthcare, LLC� Partnership agreement will not be considered as part of the determination.� **LOCATION:� * Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Oklahoma* Equipment Covered: MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System & Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System Model:� MEDRAD Stellant D CT Injection System Serial No:� 204319 Service Type: full service, on-site maintenance Model:� Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System Serial No:� 46594 Service Type: full service, on-site maintenance� Requirement:� Contractor shall provide services in compliance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications for the medical equipment listed below in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.� Coverage includes all parts, (Contractor shall use only new or OEM refurbished repair parts, cover all labor and travel charges, all manufacturer software updates available during term of coverage, unlimited telephonic diagnostic and repair support, and priority customer response.� Interested Offeror shall respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than 19 August 2022 at 1:00P.M CST All interested businesses must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
