This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the subject requirement, summarized as follows: Title: Disposable and Non-Disposable Home Sleep Studies for Cleveland VAMC NAICS: 621610, Home Health Care Services Place of Performance: Patient s home of residence, in support of Cleveland VAMC Anticipated Period of Performance: Base Year: 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023, and three additional one-year option periods Attachment for Reference: A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email the following information to Brittany.musleve@va.gov not later than 31 August 2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern time: Company name; SAM UEI; Business socio-economic size status; and Capabilities statement demonstrating relevant experience, skills, and ability to fulfill this requirement in Adobe PDF format, and not exceeding 10 pages in length Feel free to contact Brittany Musleve at brittany.musleve@va.gov if you have any questions. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization s qualifications to perform the work. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in SAM. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
