Description: In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Argus Media, Inc. for subscription to Argus Jet Fuel and Argus US Products. The delivery period will be twelve(12) months (10/01/2022- 09/30/2023). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to the requirement will be competed. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
