- Description
- This is a solicitation for an Event Management System (EMS)/Virtual Event Technology Solution and is prepared in accordance with Judiciary Guide Volume 14, � 330 Standard Competitive Contracting Procedures, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO).� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested.� This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR to include small business regulation. The AO is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for an EMS/virtual event technology solution to support conference and training type events accessible to users nationwide throughout the United States and the District of Columbia. The Contractor shall provide scalable cafeteria-style options to support the unique needs of each event while ensuring maximum cost efficiencies for the organization. The attached solicitation USCA22R0026 provides details on the requirement, instructions, and evaluation criteria. The draft Task Order 0001 that the AO intends to issue as part of the award of this IDIQ is also attached. This Request for Proposal will be conducted in a two-phase approach as follows: Phase 1: Solution Overview and Capability Confirmation Checklist Phase 2: Technical Capability, Product Demonstration, Experience / Past Performance, and Price Offerors must pass all aspects of Phase 1 in order to receive notification to proceed to Phase 2. If an offeror is found unacceptable during Phase 1, the offeror�s submission will no longer be considered for award. The Government intends to issue down-select notifications to proceed to Phase 2 within two weeks of the conclusion of Phase 1. Please adhere to all instructions when preparing and submitting proposals. Any questions on this solicitation are due to the Contract Specialist by 12 PM Eastern on June 30, 2022 via email only. Phase 1 proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. Eastern on July 14, 2022. No phone calls will be accepted.
