Amendment No.: P00002 is for Solicitation no.: 140A2322R0047 as follows: To provide the government's response to questions received. 1. At the current Period of Performance (120 Days), we are not sure if all materials will be available to get approved, ordered and delivered to meet the expected PoP. Will the PoP be extended onces lead times are established? Government's Response: During the Pre-Con meeting this can be discussed. 2. Will a copy of the current HazMat survey be sent out to all contractors? Government's Response: Karla Van Noy said she would issue and provide 3. Will the HazMat survey contain a Radon testing? If it does not, will it be the Contractors responsibility to have one performed? Government's Response: Differ back to the SOW. 4. During the site-walk, the building was not under any climate control measures and Dave Tah mentioned that the building has undergone some mold remediation in the past. Will an updated mold survey be taken or will it be the contractors responsibility to have one taken? Government's Response: Not accurate and no mold survey is scheduled or planned as part of project. 5. Will there be an laydown area that can be utilized for materials to be stored as they are received? Government's Response: Haskell will provide area contractor will provide storage/connex or trailer 6. What will be the reasonable amount of time for Haskell Facilities to reclaim parts off the existing equipment? Government's Response: Parts/equipment to be reclaimed by Haskell will be designated in first week of contract 7. During the site walk, Dave Tah mentioned that Pocahontas Hall's HVAC ties into Minoka Hall's. Will this create power outages when work begins on Minoka? Government's Response: Not accurate and it is only the heat loop not electrical provided by bldg 2 to 105. 8. Will the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Alarm ""as-builts"" be provided to the contractors? Government's Response: Contractors can access blue print room at Haskell and checkout prints to copy. 9. What is the desired height for the louvered fence to be installed around the Chiller? Government's Response: 7-8 foot in height No More questions, will be accepted. All other terms and conditions to remain the same. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment No.: P00001 is for Solicitation no.: 140A2322R0047 as follows: 1. To provide the government's response to questions received. Are other controls systems acceptable or must we use Honewell controls for this project? Government Response: n. on page 10 states ""The EMS system for bldg. 105 will be Honeywell Building Automation system and connected to the existing Honeywell system that currently manages the campus buildings. All other terms and conditions to remain the same. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This solicitation is for a fixed price Construction project and is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). Please see the attached request for proposal for the Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) Bldg 105 HVAC Replacement. This Solicitation will close on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Please work directly with Karla Van Noy or David Tah, COR at the University to for the site visit scheduled on Tuesday, August 09, 2022 at HINU. Only one site visit will be scheduled for this project. All Solicitation Response packages should include: The Response to the Evaluation Factors (Volume I) Past Performance questionnaire The Price Schedule (Volume II) All questions will be sent to maryjane.johnson@bie.edu using the attached question log by Wednesday, August 17, 2022, by COB. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.
