General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�AZ City:�Tucson Delineated Area: North � E Ajo Way South � E Irvington Rd East � Interstate 10 Freeway West � S 6th Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�14,556 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�14,556 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Surface):�34 reserved Parking Spaces (Secured):�57 reserved Parking Spaces Total:�91 Full Term:�180 months Firm Term:�120 months Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Offered property must: Be accessible 24/7/365 Offer contiguous space Not be located within sight or sound of a school, daycare, or church Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
