Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstate�s Procurement Branch, hereby gives notice of its intent to award a contract to S&P Global Market Intelligence, LLC at 55 Water St 40 Fl., New York, New York 10041 on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � The IRS has a requirement for the renewal of the S&P's Credit Analytics Subscription, which allows LB&I auditors to replicate S&P�s unique synthetic credit rating methodology.� �The data provided by these subscriptions is unique to S&P and cannot be obtained via any other source. This is not a request for competitive proposals.� Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Aundra.m.rhone-jones@irs.gov� and Cathy.S.Collier@irs.gov no later than 4:00pm CST on Monday, August 22, 2022.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. �Please note: �A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.� The Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this notice. � The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 519130.� The small business size standard is 1000 employees.
