- This solicitation package is a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in the award of a Firm Fixed-Price single award contract for the Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) on board the USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG-96) FY23 DSRA (SSP: TPPC-DDG96-MARMCN22-CN01). A ship check will not be available for the USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG-96). **NOTE: This posting does not include all the relevant S and J attachments. These attachments may be transmitted via email, PIEE solicitation module or DoD SAFE. Please provide a written request to Contracting Officers, Kiana Hamilton at kiana.hamilton@navy.mil and Amy Caraway at amy.caraway@navy.mil to receive access to the following Attachments: S-5 Eligibility Criteria Data Form, J-1 (Specification Package TPPC-DDG96-MARMCN22-CN01), J-1a (ERRATA 1), J-1b (ERRATA 2), J-1c (ERRATA 3) - [NMD is not accessible at this time therefore ERRATA 3 will be provided in an amendment once NMD is accessible], J-1d (CAT II NSIs), J-2 Work Item Plans, Drawings and Other References (provided on CD), J-2a Additional References (not provided on CD), J-3 (Execution Milestones and Key Event Dates - includes PERL and Compartment Closeout List), J-4 (Pricing Workbook), J-8 (GFP/GFM Form) and J-9 (Restricted References List). The CD which will need to be picked up at NOB. If you picked up the CD under solicitation N5005422R0003, then no additional CD will be provided as only one (1) copy per Offeror.
