- The Department of Agriculture, US Forest Service, Business Operations Procurement & Property Services Field Procurement Center Southwest Zone Procurement Support CSA2, and Sequoia National Forest requires janitorial services for their Supervisor�s Office and Porterville Work Center buildings. This is a combined / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://acquisition.gov/far. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is solicitation no.127EAS22Q0071 a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.�The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services.� The size standard requirement for this NAICS code is $19.5 million. The government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Award will be made based on price, technical, and past performance. All quotations shall be submitted electronically no later than September 2nd, 2022, at 1:00 pm PDT, to the Contracting Specialist, Monica Gallegos at monica.gallegos@usda.gov Site visit is available by appointment only.
