Description: PURPOSE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Water Management Section at J. Percy Priest Dam, Tennessee is seeking to obtain two (2) four-stroke outboard motors that meet the attached Mercury outboard motor specifications, OR an approved equal product. Current motors are 2009 Evinrude E-tec 75 HP engines. Current motor is economically unfeasible to repair.
