Description

The Embassy of the United States of America, The Hague, invites you to submit your best competitive quote for the supply and delivery of one (1) vehicle as per specifications and requirements in the attached RFQ. Offerors must read this RFQ including the clauses in its entirety before submitting an offer. Pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7, all contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. �Lack of registration at time of proposal submission may result in an immediate determination of non-responsibility and no further consideration of the submission. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register and ensure that their registration in SAM has not expired immediately upon reading this Notice and prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� To ensure that proper documentation is submitted for validation review, GSA has completed an additional checklist/guide as per attached. Your offer must be submitted in English, via email to TheHaguecontracts@state.gov marked RFQ# 19NL8022Q0060 and must be received on or before September 19, 2022, at 09:00 AM. CET. Offers received after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered.
