- The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0092, intended to result in the award of a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Order with a 100% option for the following: Noun: Motor, Engine Starter NSN: 2920-01-460-0271 Part Number: (MFR CAGE: 11083) 207-1516 Technical Data: None Base Quantity: 147 EA Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / B Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination Quotes must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist listed on the solicitation front page with subject header: Quote Submission W56HZV-21-Q-0092 (Company Name). Once received, the Contract Specialist and/or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror confirming receipt of submission. NOTE: This Solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
