Description: The contractor shall provide 32 rooms for 3 days and meals to include breakfast, lunch and dinner for SM in the 707th MI BN attending the BN Chaplains Operation Serenity Strong�Bonds. Though the Hotel usually charges for use of its function space, the Hotel will provide the Group with function space with audio video equipment in accordance with the schedule of events�. The hotel will provide all labor and service requirements located at Hilton Head Island.
