Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) has been tasked in supporting the�Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Counter Weapons of Mass�Destruction (CWMD) branch for construction services,�management and oversight for replacing multiple RPM at multiple�Land Ports of Entry (LPOE). The contractor shall provide all�supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform�the RPM replacements. Unique and technically compatible�equipment, such as the RPM replacement, will be provided by CWMD � coordination for reception with the Contractor is key. All�supporting infrastructure associated with RPM replacement shall be�included to make newly installed RPMs fully operational.�Supporting infrastructure can include: Communications Control Box (CCB) with network switch and fiber patch panel, Control Box (CB),�Battery Box (BB), Camera Box, Analysis Computer Station (ACS),�Reutilize existing power supply, install supporting Visual�Identification System Cameras, Field Point Gateway Server in applicable LAN rooms, annunciators in applicable booths, install�applicable monitor computers in appropriate buildings, and�installation of new fiber as required. The contractor shall reuse�applicable and carryover infrastructure as much as possible to reduce overall installation costs to provide best value for the�government. Coordination with local port authorities to maintain operations and minimize construction impact to commercial traffic�flow. �
