Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 70US0922R70092660 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for UNGA 77 Trailers. This requires vendor to provide protection (Trailers) for major security events in support of Nations General Assembly (UNGA 77). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022- 07 effective August 10, 2022. This solicitation is a small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and PSC code 2330, Trailer. The Government intends to award competitive Firm Fixed Price contracts with a Base and Four (4) one-year options from this solicitation The anticipated Period of Performance is September 08, 2022, to September 30, 2022.
