Description: The United Stated Coast Guard (USCG), Training Center Petaluma C5I Detachment Portsmouth (TRADET), Office of Cutter Forces (CG-751) & Force Readiness Command (FORCECOM) Training Operations Branch has a requirement for a WLB/WLM training lab simulator as described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW).
