SOLE SOURCE NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price sole source procurement action for Viper 2E Balancing Kits with Technology for Energy Corp Aces Systems Division, the only known source and OEM capable of providing this exact requirement. The requirement will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 334519. Contractors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should provide a complete capability statement and references from previous relevant work to LaTeasha Cunningham at lateasha.cunningham1@navy.mil.�A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred because of the response.�Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement under NAICS 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees
