Description: Spangdahlem Air Base has a requirement for a Protestant Religious Education Director service. This is a standard, continuing requirement for military chapel programs. The scope of work includes planning, coordinating, and implementing the Protestant religious education program at Spangdahlem Air Base chapel. The Protestant Religious Education Director directly supports the Protestant Chaplain(s) by providing appropriate coordination and support of the Protestant Community. Scope of work is approximately 80 h per month. See Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.
