Description

*Update as of 22 August* AFOTEC/A7K will be offering a site visit on 24 August (Wed) from 2-4PM. A facilities manager and the contracting representative shall show all interested parties the doors listed within the PWS. All interested contractors should show up early to the front entrance of the main AFOTEC facility (8500 Gibson Blvd SE, ABQ) across the street from Hardin Field park. We will assist you with obtaining your visitor badges at the security office then initiate the site visit tour starting at 2PM. Both AFOTEC facilities requiring door seal installation are within walking distance of each other. Please contact joseph.marchione@us.af.mil if interested.** Requirements Install door seals on 55 doors throughout the HQ AFOTEC campus per the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 2 August 2022. Contract shall furnish all supplies, parts, equipment and labor to complete this project within 30 business days after contract award. This requirement is currently an unfunded requirement therefore FAR 52.232-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
