FCRHC � TPO Roofing Repair Services � Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC), located at JCT US HWY 160 & Navajo Route 35, Red Mesa, AZ 86514, has an upcoming requirement for repair and improvement services to the TPO roofing at FCRHC. The period of performance will be September 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00086 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by Tuesday, August 30, 2022. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
