The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Sun Nuclear Corporation 425A Pineda Ct. Melbourne, FL 32940 Unique Entity ID (SAM): ELPMWCGFK518 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for Sun Nuclear Quality Management Package SunCHECK Platform SunCHECK Enterprise Quality Management System for Radiation Oncology to Sun Nuclear Corporation, a small business The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis.   The NAICS 334516.
