This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0151 Deliver in bulk and pump to vessel riser fixed piping system, 2,500 gallons Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil to the Dredge Essayons is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 324191 Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
