Description
23 August 2022: Answers additional questions received below: 1. Who is the musical director in both services? Or is the pianist left to plan the music as well? What would be the resources to plan? Today's Liturgy? Music books online and paper? Is the fee for the planning (musical director's job here in Ramstein) already calculated in the pianist job? The services do not have a paid music director these roles are spread amongst other Government personnel. For the Catholic service and the Traditional Protestant services the music selection will be provided to the pianist, by the Government. Therefore planning of the music is not required by the contractor. As planning is not required, prices quoted by the contractor should only be inclusive of the PWS requirements. 2. Who plans and organizes the choir rehearsals? The services do not have a paid music director these roles are spread amongst other Government personnel. For the Catholic service choir rehearsals are planned and organized by the Government. The Traditional Protestant services does not have a choir. 3. Is there somebody taking care of technical issues like setting up the microphones, running the soundboard, setting it down after mass. In this respect, is the changeover from Hainerberg to Clay chapel realistic? The services do not have a paid technician, all technical issues are addressed internally to the service with the Chaplains and Government present. Historically, the changeover from Hainerberg to Clay chapel has not presented an issue. ================================================================================== 17 August 2022: Question: Who is the incumbent contractor.
