SOLE SOURCE NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price sole source procurement action for Patriot Cage Easy Glide Out Containment Systems with Grate Pallet Made in USA LLC the only known source capable of providing this exact requirement. The requirement will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 332439. Part Number: EGOCST8148.2F.2H� �Qty: 30ea.
