INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Geological Survey, Reston, VA, intends to make a non-competitive award to In-Situ, Inc for repair, maintenance, calibration, and repair parts for existing-owned In-Situ brand equipment to be delivered to USGS locations throughout the country by August 31, 2022. There is a base period of performance and 1 option period. The period of performance is: BASE PERIOD: 09/01/2022 thru 08/31/2023 OPTION PERIOD ONE: 09/01/2023 thru 08/31/2024 In-Situ services are required in order to provide a continuity of equipment and standardization of repair parts and components to an existing infrastructure and inventory valued at approximately $5,000,000. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to jwalsh@usgs.gov.
