Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 70US0922R70092720 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFP) for Preventative Maintenance for Custom Chemical Fume Hoods. The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Contract is needed to maintain the Control Systems, Airflow Properties, Inspection of Hardware, Gaskets, Glove Port Trim, O-ring Sets, Testing of Interlocks, Inspection of Glove Port Trim, Door Interlock Wiring Connections, Control Panel Wiring Connections and Proximity Sensors. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 effective August 10, 2022.� This solicitation is a small business set aside for open market and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and PSC code 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. �Government intends to award a firm fixed price (Contract) for a Base and Four (4) One-year options from this solicitation.
